Our clinic offer you all dental treatments in one location in comfortable and friendly office. It’s very important to us!
One tooth replacement
The dental implant is an element designed to substitute the missing root and keep the artificial in its place. It habitually has a threaded shape and its fabricated with biocompatible materials that do not produce rejection reaction and allow their union to the bone.
If only one tooth needs to be replaced, an implant is a more effective alternative than a traditional bridge.

Two or more teeth replacement
When several adjacent teeth are missing or the existing ones are severely damaged to support a prosthesis, two biocompatible dental implants will be anchored to the bone to perform the function of the root, supporting with certainty the force of chewing. On these structures we fix a fixed prosthesis of three or more dental pieces.

Removable denture
The overdentures or removable prosthesis on dental implants also called implant-supported prosthesis. This is because to maintain a stable oral cavity we combine the mucosal support of the gums with the anchorage of a number of implants, achieving better retention, stability and, at the same time, greater comfort for the patient since they are smaller and do not have palate. This allows the patient to eat and smile with greater confidence in any situation.

Fixed denture
Fixed prosthesis on implants can replace one or several teeth. We have different types of fixed prostheses:
Screwed directly to the implant
Cemented to the implant
Bolted to an intermediate element
We can also distinguish two types of fixed prosthesis according to the material that has been used for its preparation:
Ceramic metal prosthesis
Zirconium prosthesis
The hybrid prosthesis, in addition to replacing the dental crowns, also replaces the color and a portion of the toothless gum. These fixed prostheses are screwed to dental implants, and placed in patients who have had bone reabsorption (bone loss) or to improve aesthetics, function, speech and have a harmonious smile. This type of prosthesis is usually placed with 4 or 6 implants, is made of a metal structure and covered by acrylic-porcelain.

Sinus lifting
Maxillary sinus lift is a surgical technique of implantology that allows the placement of dental implants. It is used when there is not enough bone height in the upper jaw to place a dental implant.
It is a surgery in which bone is placed in the posterior area of the maxilla at the level of molars and premolars, which allows you to perform an implantology treatment where previously you could not because of a lack of bone.

Bone grafting
The bone graft for dental implant is a procedure whose main objective is to increase the area lacking bone or preserve the amount of bone where you want to place the fixed tooth.
Indications:
When we want to maintain the bone dimension of the alveolar crest after extracting a tooth.
To fill bone defects that exist in the area where the implant will be placed.
In maxillary sinus lift techniques to achieve bone height in posterior areas.

Alveolus preservation
After a tooth extraction, a remodeling of the alveolar bone takes place, producing a loss of volume that affects hard and soft tissues.
To avoid or reduce this process, there are alveolar preservation techniques.
With these techniques we aim to achieve a sufficient bone volume that allows us a prosthetic restoration after implant placement. Bone augmentation procedures often involve the use of graft material with or without membranes to promote cell and tissue activity of the alveolar process.

Tissue grafting
This technique is performed in cases of recessions of the gum and there are different types:
Free gingival graft
It is used for the increase of adherent gingiva, root coverage, increase of fund of vestibule, increase of crest, elimination of tattoos of amalgam and in peri-implant surgery.
Connective tissue graft
It is indicated for root coverage, the correction of alveolar defects, furcation affectations and in peri-implant surgery.
Collagen matrices
They are indicated for root and implant coverage, for gingival and keratinized gum augmentation around teeth and implants, and in reconstruction of the alveolar ridge for prosthetic treatment.
Acellular dermal graft
It is indicated for root coverage, increased ridge and increased keratinized gum.

Resins
They are esthetic restorations used in teeth damaged by decay, by small wear, or by microfractures, achieving equal the appearance of the other teeth and restoring harmony to the patient's smile.
They are also used to replace amalgam restorations.

Teeth Whitening
It has the purpose of improving the appearance of the teeth, providing greater aesthetics to the smile.
It can be done in two ways:
At home technique: under the instructions of the dentist and the patient's collaboration
In office technique: performed by the dentist, usually in a single appointment, clarifying several tones with a low sensitivity (or sometimes zero) and being a treatment that does not require anesthesia.
The specialist will advise the patient of the subsequent care to maintain the results as long as possible after the whitening

Smile Design
Essential tool in the dental aesthetics area, in which the specialist, through a specialized computer software and, in turn, supported with photographs of the patient's smile and face, manages to show the results that can be achieved and the different treatment plan options.

Veneers
They are porcelain prostheses or composite resin that adhere to the anterior surface of the teeth, providing a natural appearance.
They are indicated in cases of fractures, wear, pigmentation that can not be solved with whitening, spaces that can not be corrected by orthodontics (diastema), anatomical alterations of the teeth such as microdontia or functional or occlusion alterations.

Crowns
They are fixed restorations used in cases of teeth extremely destroyed by circumstances such as cavities, traumatisms, wear, among others. To perform this treatment, the specialist requires to wear the tooth in a specific way, calling this preparation. Subsequently, an impression is sent to the laboratory and after a couple of days, the final work arrives, which may be of different materials. The benefits of crowns are many, but among the main ones are that they return the aesthetics and function of the tooth.

Dra. Krystal Sandoval
Tooth Bridges
Dental prosthesis indicated to replace one or more missing teeth, returning the chewing function and restoring aesthetics.
To be performed, teeth adjacent to the absence must be worn, in order to have the "pillars" from which the replacement of the missing teeth will be held. Currently there are more conservative ways to recover a tooth or several, such as implants and their respective crowns.

Dra. Krystal Sandoval
Partial Dentures
Prostheses used in cases of multiple absences. Flexible dentures are considered a convenient and practical alternative to conventional removable dentures that can cause discomfort, especially in the gums and with changes in age. Flexible prostheses combine the prosthetic teeth with a soft base, which is able to adapt to the shape of the gums.

Dra. Krystal Sandoval
Full Dentures
Complete dentures are prostheses that replace all the teeth of the mouth, returning the lost functions and significantly improving aesthetics. The procedure is simple and can be supported on the gum or dental implants can be placed to better ensure the prosthesis.

Lingual Braces
You already know about the traditional metal braces placed on the front of the teeth. What sets lingual braces apart is in their placement on the back of the teeth. Lingual braces are virtually invisible, and that's the main reason eligible patients choose them. This partly explains why they are more common among adults than children. One other advantage is if you play a wind instrument or a sport, lingual braces are easier to adapt to than traditional braces.
Sapphire Aesthetic Brackets
Sapphire Aesthetic Brackets are a great aesthetic choice for orthodontic treatment.
These brackets are developed from a single sapphire crystal, one of the hardest and clearest materials you can find in nature.
Once the brackets have been machined out of the crystal, they are then annealed for strength, and heat polished to remove any microscopic flaws.
Self-ligated Braces
Self-ligating brackets are made of the same materials as conventional brackets. However, self-ligating braces do not require the use of elastics, which means fewer appointments with the dentist and less friction on the tooth and smoother movements. The self-ligation bracket can reduce the treatment from 2 to 6 months. It is a highly recommended bracket for adults and foreign patients.
Metallic Braces
Metallic braces was the first such system invented still a very popular solution with most patients primarily due to the lower costs and its medical benefits.
The braces system exercise forces on the teeth over a long period of time. Under these forces teeth move in the desired direction thus rearanging the dental spaces and achieving a correct teeth alignment.
Normally, teeth move by 1 mm per month and the total duration of the orthodontic treatment can vary between 6 months to 2 years or even more dependant on the severity of the issue.
Ceramic Braces
They blend with the natural color of the teeth, and help the patient to smile without complexes, they are discreet and can not be seen in photos. They are usually chosen by adult patients since it is not necessary.
Dentofacial Orthopaedics
It is used to correct growth problems in the jaws. This consists of using various devices in patients who are still developing in order to modify an abnormal growth of the bones of the mouth. Orthopaedics makes it possible to avoid future long and complicated orthodontic treatments.
Mouth Guards (Bite Splint)
Its purpose is to stabilize the Temporomandibular Joint. They bring the jaw to a stable position where the muscles of the chewing relax, avoiding the wear of the teeth by tightening.
Invisalign
he Invisalign treatment consists of a series of clear aligners, thin plastic trays, that apply a constant force to teeth to affect their movement and are changed every two weeks. They look a little like a traditional mouthguard, made of a thin, lightweight, clear plastic. The aligners are worn day and night but can be removed when eating, flossing or cleaning your teeth. As each aligner is worn and changed, they move the teeth very gradually until the required result is achieved.
Child Dental Prophylaxis
It’s the cleaning and polishing of all dental surfaces. In this appointment, the brushing and flossing technique are reinforced if necessary.

Topical Fluoride Application
It’s recommended to perform it every 6 months along with dental prophylaxis. In this procedure, fluoride ions adhere to the tooth surface and contribute to the structure being more resistant to carious lesions.

Pulpotomy
In the advanced stages of the carious lesion, it’s necessary to partially remove the dental pulp (nerve), preserving intact the vitality of the dental pulp of the root.
ATTENDED BY:
Dra. Jazmín Ayón
Pulpectomy
It’s necessary to perform it when a carious lesion is very advanced or due to a dental trauma. In this procedure, the dental pulp is completely removed and a material compatible with the root of the temporary teeth is placed. This material, unlike those used with adults, will disintegrate as the root of the temporary tooth is reabsorbed.

Dra. Jazmín Ayón
Aesthetic Crown (Resin Or Zirconia)
Dental dimensions and habits should be evaluated, but aesthetic crowns are one of our options in terms of restorations in anterior teeth for the little ones at home.
ATTENDED BY:
Dra. Jazmín Ayón
Chrome-Steel Crowns
When a carious lesion is extensive and puts the integrity of the tooth at risk, a chrome-steel crown is placed, as well as in patients who previously underwent a pulpotomy or pulpectomy.

Dra. Jazmín Ayón
Dental Restorations With Resin Composite
When the caries lesion is in the initial stages, it’s possible to remove it and place an adhesive material of an aesthetic color. In this case, the choice is resin.

Sealants
This treatment is a preventive method where the chewing surfaces of the final molars are covered, this prevent the accumulation of food in the deep grooves of the tooth and the entry of germs that cause cavities. The colour is similar to resin, it is a very simple treatment where it is possible to work without anaesthesia and it does not cause any discomfort. In some cases this treatment is not necessary so there should be an evaluation first to see if the patient is a candidate or not for sealants.

Extraction Of Temporary Dental Organ
If the caries lesion or a blow that was not treated are left without revision, they can cause a great infection and put the child's health at risk. In these cases, it’s necessary to perform an extraction of the temporal tooth. Another cause is dental retention, in which the temporary tooth has already fulfilled its function in the mouth but its root is not yet reabsorbed correctly. This causes discomfort, teeth in a bad position, and difficulties to eat.

Dra. Jazmín Ayón
Aesthetic Front
This device is used when for some reason the child has lost his or her front teeth and is placed so that the patient continues to have a better smile.

Space Maintainers
If for some reason one of the temporary teeth was lost, it’s important to replace it in the case of the anterior teeth, or to conserve the space to decrease the time of the future orthodontic treatments.

Dra. Jazmín Ayón
Tongue Habit Correction
The tongue-thrust habit results in an incorrect position of the anterior teeth, and, in some cases, posterior crossbite. This habit should be corrected prior to orthodontic treatments.
ATTENDED BY:
Dra. Jazmín Ayón
Digital Suction Habit Correction
It causes the deformation of the sucked finger as well as a change in the dental position. Attended in early stages, it can be corrected with the use of a fixed appliance to their teeth.
ATTENDED BY:
Dra. Jazmín Ayón
Dental Appointment
In this first visit, the communication bond with the child is established. The dental surfaces as well as soft tissues (tongue, lips, gums) are examined, X-rays are taken if necessary, and any doubts regarding the oral hygiene of children, in each stage from babies to adolescence, are solved. At the end of the consultation, the diagnosis and the appropriate treatment plan for the patient are explained.

Curettage
You should know about gingivitis, which is a disease characterized by gums bleeding and inflammation, which will progress to the root of the tooth. A periodontal pocket is created, where the bacteria develop and affect the gum tissue as well as the bone, the tissue that supports the tooth. Curettage is a deep cleaning that helps us to eliminate the bacteria found in the periodontal pouch, local anesthesia should be applied to avoid any kind of discomfort.

Crown Growth
This treatment is performed when a tooth needs to be repaired with a crown, usually because its damage can go as far as below the gum line. It is also used for aesthetic reasons, to solve ¨ gingivales smiles¨ where a disproportionate part of the gum is exposed. It is performed under local anesthesia, the specialist makes cuts that detach the gums from the teeth, the treated area is cleaned and stitches are placed in the area to generate healing of the gingival tissue.

Injerto de Tejido
In those cases where gingivitis is very advanced, it is recommended to perform a process to regenerate both the bone and the gum tissue, which has been lost due to periodontal disease itself. This consists of placing natural or synthetic bone in the area where bone loss has occurred, an action that makes it possible for the bone to grow again.
ATTENDED BY:
Dra. Leslie Valdivia
Gingivoplastia
This treatment consists in reshaping the gum either by correcting the size and shape of the gums, this achieve a more aesthetic and healthy contour of the gum. We work under local anesthesia, we protect the gums with a surgical cement so healing process is a little faster.
